1) Why didn't I receive the validation email?

- The validation email may be in your junk email folder.

2) I don't know my prescription (Rx) number, do I need it?

- You don't. If you like, you can enter your medications name when ordering refills.

3) Do I get notified when my order is ready?

- Yes. You will get notifications as long as you enable them.

4) Do my kids need a profile?

- No. You can request your family members prescriptions under a single profile.

5) Can I use Rx Manager at any pharmacy?

- Yes. As long as they've made a profile and have been approved.

6) Does Rx Manager store prescription data?

- No. All prescription requests are erased automatically 24 hours after they're processed.

7) Why won't Rx Manager let me submit my order?

- Be sure to select your pharmacy of choice. You do this by selecting from your active pharmacies from the top banner. You can have up to 3 pharmacies active.
